Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or visiting our venue, you accept these terms and conditions. This agreement is effective from 15 September 2026 and applies to every interaction you have with Food Veranda, whether you are browsing online, making a reservation, attending a private event, or joining us for a casual meal.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or the experiences we offer. Continued use of our website or venue after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Booking Policy
Reservations can be made online through our website or by phone at +61255501234. For large groups, private events, or peak dining periods, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation time to receive a full refund of any deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if your party does not arrive for the booking, the deposit may be forfeited. We understand that plans can change, so please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your reservation.

Physical Entertainment Only
Food Veranda offers a dedicated poker-table zone for social, on-site play. This is physical entertainment using real tables, real cards, and the company of other guests. It is designed as a playful addition to your evening, not as a gambling service.
No online gambling, betting, payments, or prizes are involved in the poker-table zone. Guests must be 18 years or older to enter the poker zone. House rules apply and are displayed in the zone; our team will be happy to explain them before you join a table.
Conduct Policy
We aim to provide a welcoming environment for all guests. To help us do that, we ask everyone to follow a few simple expectations while at Food Veranda.
- Respect other guests and staff at all times.
- No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue.
- No smoking inside the venue, including the poker-table zone.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service where necessary to protect the comfort and safety of our guests and team.
Ownership of Content
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, menu descriptions, and design, is owned by Food Veranda or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us. If you would like to feature Food Veranda in a publication or project, please contact us first.
Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Food Veranda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of enjoyment, loss of personal property, or any disappointment related to a changed menu item or event schedule.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
